Return & Exchange
We want you to be delighted with your purchase and will happily exchange or refund goods that are unsuitable, faulty, have been incorrectly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do.
What is our return policy?
Delightfully Turkish offers a NO HASSLE return or exchange for all online orders when the following criteria has been met:
- Items are returned within 14 days of purchase
- The item has not been used, altered or damaged
How do I return an order?
3 easy steps to return your order
- Contact Us to obtain a “Return Authorisation” (RA) number. The form will be emailed to you.
- Carefully pack your order and return goods with completed RA form to Delightfully Turkish.
- Once we receive your returned order we will refund your full purchase cost to your account and email you a notification within 48 hours.
We recommend you use the ‘registered post’ option when sending your order back to us. This option will allow you to track the delivery to us. As you are the sender, you are responsible for the safe delivery to us.
How do I exchange an item?
- Return your item following our returns procedure.
- Place and pay for the correct item on our online store and we will ship it out to you immediately.
- Once we receive your returned order we will refund your purchase cost for the returned item and email you when complete.
How do I return a faulty item?
First of all, we apologise if you have received the wrong item or a faulty item.
Please Contact Us and we will do our best to rectify the error. If possible we will offer you a replacement item at no further cost to you or provide a full refund.
Who is responsible for the return postage costs?
Delightfully Turkish will refund the purchaser for the return postage costs if the item is faulty or not the item they ordered. If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong colour / towel then the purchaser is responsible for the return cost and the safe delivery to us.
